When we put the call out for art work, we had no idea the tremendous response that we would receive. A multitude of submissions were collected and while we would have liked to showcase all the works received, we only had enough space for 13 works – one for each calendar month and then the other for the front cover.

My 2007 Calendar will be distributed to approximately 36,000 households within the riding of South Shore – St. Margaret’s which comprises the counties of Shelburne, Queens, Lunenburg, and a small part of Halifax county. It will be an honour to help showcase the selected artists' work.

I have enjoyed reviewing all of the submissions… we have great talent within the riding of South Shore – St. Margaret’s and you should be very proud of your accomplishments. You certainly have a special gift! The 2007 Calendar will be distributed in December, so please keep an eye out for it.
